Finally got around to watching the season finale of “Veronica Mars” on the stupid, non-H.264-equipped TiVo. Holy cow, that’s a good show. It’s clever, yeah, but not obnoxiously so. More than anything, it’s just incredibly tightly plotted. I can’t remember ever thinking, “Gee, this is really just filler.” Plus, hey, it’s that cute kid from Waterworld.
